    What is Leadership ?

    Leadership development program looks at an amalgam of processes and nurtured qualities in managers. These originate from learning and practice and includes values such as :

    Consciousness – This trait is about the learning of being fully immersed in our actions, feelings or thoughts. Curiosity in learning and a state of happiness is achieved only when a manager is in harmony with his surroundings.

    Leadership and its development has now become a priority for businesses. In a dynamic business scenario, organizations encounter rapid transformation and come across several hurdles. In tackling these issues, one tends to get bogged down and lose sight of organizational goals and objectives.
