Industry/project based practices

Curriculum is delivered in collaboration with HR leaders and industry mentors through guest lectures, field visits, HR conclaves, live projects, and one-on-one mentoring. Courses are structured around live HR consulting and organisational projects where students work with companies, NGOs, and start-ups to solve people and culture challenges. These projects are graded and mentored within the course, building HR problem-solving capabilities.
