How the SOIL scholarship program helped me develop the career of my dreams.

As a fresher, stepping into MBA was unknown territory. Being a part of SOIL Institute of Management brought me one step closer to the journey of changing and stepping up my career.

I would like to thank SOIL for providing me with a scholarship during my admissions process. This scholarship has enabled me to fulfil my dreams of doing an MBA. Being at SOIL, I have earned the opportunity to work with big co-operate legends, learn from their experiences, and gain knowledge and skills about how the co-operate works. The experience has been heart-warming as it has provided me opportunities to explore my interest in various domains and attain a level of understanding where I stand a step ahead of my peers.

SOIL provided me the opportunity to be a part of corporate and business events held at various platforms. I even hosted some, participated in some, and won a few. Having the SOIL name on my resume has really helped me make more connections over LinkedIn and in finding a suitable internship at Internshala and UNV_India V-Force. My wish was to work in the domain of Marketing and I was provided this opportunity in the first semester itself. I learned about Market research and Sales, enhanced my skills, and found the tools to work in the B2B and B2C sectors. The three months that I spent working with Intenshala and really learning how to apply my knowledge into practical situations, helped me explore more about myself and what I want to do in my future. It also helped me clarify which domain I wanted to pursue.

The scholarship has helped me gain the right exposure many wish for and the whole experience has been fantastic.

The growth and development of students ensures high quality of future leadership which is the goal of all faculty and staff at SOIL. With classes like Self-Leadership, Business Design, and Psychology included in the curriculum, I believe my time at SOIL has enhances my capabilities to grow into a better version of myself.

I strongly believe that the SOIL experience will provide holistic development and a step towards a brighter future for anyone who is fortunate enough to get admission here.
