Launch of Rajesh Dhuddu’s latest book at SOIL

SOIL Institute of Management is pleased to share that Mr. Rajesh Dhuddu, VP & Practice Leader – Blockchain & Cybersecurity launched his new book “Digital in e-governance” at a SOIL virtual event recently.

Mr. Dhuddu leads the Blockchain & Cybersecurity practice for USD 5.2 billion IT giant, Tech Mahindra. He guides a team of 500+ highly accomplished Cybersecurity professionals empowering Global customers in EMEA, APJ & India to strengthen their enterprise wide Cybersecurity posture and build a highly resilient security organization. He has been working closely with CISOs, advising them to leverage best practices both in technology and operations covering Cloud Security, Network Security, Advance Threat Management, Zero Trust, Offensive Security, Cyber-risk Quantification & SASE.

We would like to thank Mr. Rajesh for a highly insightful session on Blockchain at SOIL, as part of his book launch. His simple and lucid explanation of the applications of this technology to solve some of the critical problems facing the nation and to increase efficiency in other areas, was absolutely delightful. It is no secret now that the crux of many of the issues facing us today, including shortfall of many critical products like medicines, vaccines or even food grains, is mainly due to poor logistics management. It is not so much the lower production of these items, but its reaching the end user, which is the problem, mainly due to high wastage on the way on account of warehousing, transportation & logistics issues. And thus, we have the paradox of people suffering due to lack of these essential products on one hand, and their high wastages on the other. Neither the producer nor the consumer benefits.

Likewise, the issue of how we can help the bank loans reach small businesses without impacting NPAs of banks. These are some areas where blockchain technology can be of great help. The linkage of blockchain with enhancing the efficiency of other areas like cybersecurity, NFT in terms of patents, licencing, digital assets management, etc. are other areas which can be of great value.

We wish Mr. Shuddu the best of luck for his next venture on creating a dictionary of important concepts & terms of this area to add to the body of knowledge!

This will certainly be a great supplement to his existing book on its applications. We are proud of his high expertise in the area along with his passion to use it to make a difference to the state of the country & lives of many.
