Benefits, stability, and the pandemic were top concerns; in 2022, however, flexibility, a supportive work environment, and recognition were in the spotlight this year (2023).

The workforce is in a state of flux, driven by many factors. These ongoing transformations are shaping the expectations and priorities of professionals. With a background in Hotel Management, and having worked at the food retail business, I was looking for a career change. At the same time, I was also not quite certain about which industry to opt for, and what role to target. All these challenges started vanishing as I enrolled in the one-year MBA – PGPM program offered by the SOIL Institute of Management.
