At SOIL, you will continuously work on a series of career development activities including workshops, trainings, panel discussions, one-on-one mentoring sessions. Every student will develop an Individual Learning Plan and revisit it every term. PGPM Career Calendar is given below

Term 1 – Orientation & Industry Engagement

Term 3 – Career Forward & Giving Back
During term 3, students actively participate in the final placement process. SOIL follows a rolling placement system wherein we invite companies on particular dates of the week spread across the term. This helps us in finding companies which have similar hiring requirements and places students at a better position to choose their preferred companies.

Orientation

Students get to know each other. They are introduced to the Career Management Services. The CMS team explains about the processes and systems followed at SOIL

Term 1

Students work on their Individual developmental plan, sign on to 1-on-1 industry mentorship and attend lecture series to gain industry insights

Students prepare their final CVs for placements and actively search for live projects. The final placements preparation begins.

Term 2

Students actively attend mock placement sessions such as interviews and group discussion events. The placement Season starts towards the end of term 2

Term 3

Term 3 is all about final placements. Students actively prepare and appear for company interviews of their preferred choice

Active reflection of their 1 year journey at SOIL and help juniors & show the way forward
