Once the student has cleared the pre interview round, the final interview gets conducted. This round is usually a multiple round on technical, business and leadership abilities. The final round can consist of multiple rounds depending on the company and each round generally lasts for 40 minutes.
Students are advised to participate in the mock interview sessions conducted by the CMS team along with SOIL alumni and other industry leaders.
