As an HR Leader, I have personally experienced and worked with innumerable facets and nuances of practicing HR, with invaluable lessons. I have transferred this experience and wisdom to shape the learning journey of our students at SOIL.
The first part of my life (1975-1991) was spent in gaining mastery in this field and I had the privilege to serve in the Eicher Group as Head of HR and this became a role model company that was admired by the best for its people practices. Over a hundred heads of HR of large companies began their careers with this amazing company and many received the foundational learning that they continue to leverage all over the world.
This gave us the experience to set up Eicher Consultancy Services and as the Founder and CEO of this firm, I and my team worked with several large Global and local firms to help them to transform towards holistic economic development (1991-2001).
I was then blessed with the opportunity to create Grow Talent Company that quickly became the leader in Strategic HR consultancy services and worked with many well known Global and local firms to enable them to leverage the full potential of their people.
In 2009, 32 of these large organizations that we had worked with helped us to co-create the School of Inspired Leadership- SOIL that now has three units- the SOIL Institute of Management at Gurgaon that offers one-year intense full-time PG Programs, the SOIL School of Business Design at Manesar that offers a unique two-years full-time PGDM in Business Design and the SOIL Executive Education and Consulting unit that serves the needs for building capability within large organizations.
