Through this update, we hope to keep you informed about all the major highlights at SOIL Institute of Management<\/strong> – Industry visits, noteworthy sessions, Educational tours, celebrations, upcoming programs, and more events.<\/p>\n

Following are some exciting events and milestones we celebrated this Quarter:<\/p>\n

PHYSICAL CLASSES BEGIN AT SOIL CAMPUS<\/strong><\/h2>\n

\"Physical<\/p>\n

We are happy & proud to have our students return in small groups to campus after one year. We are observing guidelines for safety and well-being as well as facilitating learning in an innovative blended format.<\/p>\n

ACADEMY INDUSTRY WEEK<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Students continued to learn and experience the \u2018SOIL Industry Experiential track\u2019<\/strong> which is a series of immersions with corporate gurus and leaders and work on real-life projects throughout their program duration.<\/p>\n

The Academy Industry Week <\/strong>consist of more than 20+ industry leaders<\/strong> visiting soil and participating in case analysis, simulations, delivering insightful guest lectures providing huge exposure for students to know and work with the Industry and provides a suitable platform to develop networks with the industry.<\/p>\n

GLOBAL LEADERS INTERACTION SERIES<\/strong><\/h2>\n

As part of the \u2018Becoming the Best Version of Yourself<\/strong>\u2019 <\/strong>Webinar<\/strong> Series, SOIL hosted global leaders of Leading Indian & Multinational organisations, to provide our students a close up view on how leaders function and create their success journeys.<\/p>\n

START UP MASTER CLASS WITH ALUMNI<\/strong><\/h2>\n

This is an exciting SOIL Alumni Connect Initiative wherein we started a webinar series celebrating our SOIL Alum Entrepreneurs<\/strong>. The series is planned to be held every fortnight giving participants a real-world view of how one should prepare themselves for a launch, raising capital, seed funding, business operations, go to market strategy etc.<\/p>\n

LEARNING STORY-TELLING WITH ‘VISUAL ARTS’<\/strong><\/h2>\n

\"Visual<\/p>\n

The Visual Arts have been used to capture and express a wide array of values, beliefs, and ideas embraced by people from around the world and from every period of history. Liberal Arts helps students bring out their creativity as well as develop their personality.<\/p>\n

In a highly compelling session, a Calligraphy Arts program was organised for the students, as part of the Liberal Arts track at the SOIL PGDM program<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

BUILDING BLOCKS TO PERSONAL GROWTH – YOGA<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Yoga & Wellness practice was started at the time of the inception of SOIL. Here, Yoga, Wellness & Spirituality are an integral part of the program<\/a><\/strong> and is interwoven into the everyday experience of a SOIL student.<\/p>\n

\"Yoga<\/p>\n

Our Yoga faculty, Prof Susie Roy (University of Stellenbosch \u2013 South Africa & University of Iowa) taught her curated course on Yoga and Wellness including Basic postures, breathing and relaxation techniques, through the digital medium this year.<\/p>\n

12TH ANNUAL INSPIRED LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The Inspired Leadership Conference (ILC)<\/strong>, an annual event organized by SOIL<\/strong>, provides an opportunity for our students \/ future leaders to interact with dynamic personalities across various industries. the SOIL ILC2020 was the largest digital conference<\/strong> of the year in association with Shizenkan University\uff08\u5927\u5b66\u9662\u5927\u5b66\u81f3\u5584\u9928\uff09<\/strong>, Japan. Students had days full of learning, exciting sessions, experts talks and panel discussions! The theme for the 12th Inspired Leadership Conference was ‘Opportunity in Crisis: Life 2.0’<\/strong><\/p>\n

CELEBRATIONS & GOOD TIMES<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Celebration are a part of SOIL DNA, like Women’s Day which recognize our Diversity and facilitates the inclusion of all students. The Republic Day Celebration is always a special event at the SOIL family. Not only does it signify a sense of freedom, but also rekindles the spirit of compassion and gratitude in our hearts. The 2021 Parent’s Day celebrations saw the SOIL family share warm greetings and gratitude towards all our parents.<\/p>\n

Students and Faculty Members renewed their determination to become more responsible citizens, and always work towards the collective good of all.<\/p>\n

LAUNCH OF PGPM – ANALYTICS & DIGITAL PROGRAM<\/strong><\/h2>\n

\"Launch<\/p>\n

The critical need for understanding and applying data & digital skill sets in business is being increasingly recognized and more so over the last few years. Given the importance, SOIL launched an exclusive management program in Analytics & Digital<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The program will also go into the depth of applications of\u00a0#AI<\/a>,\u00a0#IoT<\/a>,\u00a0#DataSciences<\/a>\u00a0and other emerging digital technologies and provide a hands-on learning experience on digital tools powered by Microsoft Intelligent Cloud Hub.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
