This dynamic upbringing laid the foundation for her eventual leap across disciplines and industries.<\/p>\n<p>After completing her Bachelor\u2019s in Biotechnology, Aneeqa began working at Medicis Diagnostics, a healthcare startup. Though her roots were in science, her responsibilities soon expanded into operations and business strategy. What was initially a supporting role soon became a launchpad for self-discovery-she realized that she enjoyed managing people, analyzing data, and making decisions that impacted the business.<\/p>\n<p>Nine months into the role, she made a bold decision: she would pivot to management full-time.<\/p>\n<h2>Choosing SOIL: Seeking More Than an MBA<\/h2>\n<p>Rather than opt for a conventional MBA program, Aneeqa chose the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.soil.edu.in\/pgdm\"><strong>Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM)<\/strong> <\/a> at SOIL Institute of Management-a decision driven by research and clarity. She wasn\u2019t just looking for a degree; she was looking for transformation.<\/p>\n<p>SOIL&#8217;s emphasis on analytics, finance, and design thinking resonated with her interests. But what set it apart was its holistic learning model-a curriculum that blended technical skills with leadership development and emotional intelligence.
