Through SOIL\u2019s case-based learning and live projects, Khushi saw how theory met real-world strategy.<\/p>\n<p>Electives in business analytics helped sharpen her technical edge, while leadership workshops and social innovation modules expanded her perspective. <em>\u201cWorking with NGOs changed how I saw leadership\u2014it\u2019s not about power, it\u2019s about responsibility,\u201d<\/em> she reflected.<\/p>\n<h2>PGDM Placements: From Confidence to Kohler<\/h2>\n<p>For Khushi, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.soil.edu.in\/pgdm\/placement-report-statistics\">PGDM placements<\/a> phase was where everything came together.
