I found everything that was being offered by SOIL&#8217;s PGPM, extremely interesting, and I couldn\u2019t wait to get admission at the top B-school in India!<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Joining SOIL marked a transformative period where I delved into a curriculum designed to align theoretical knowledge with real-world application. The program&#8217;s industry-relevant approach exposed me to a diverse range of experiences, from sports activities and dance performances to conducting impactful projects. A highlight was my project on &#8220;Employee Experience,&#8221; focusing on enhancing team dynamics, strategic decision-making, and managerial skills in the IT sector.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.soil.edu.in\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/lava.jpg\" alt=\"Lava\" title=\"Lava\"><\/p>\n<p><em>The internship during the MBA at Lava International Limited, as a Business Development Manager (Intern) at 1mg was a turning point. I contributed to expanding the company&#8217;s presence in South India, negotiating partnerships with diagnostic labs and implementing innovative marketing campaigns. Recognizing my expertise and impact, I was asked to rejoin the company post-graduation. This when when I got a taste of success! I then swiftly climbed the ranks to become a Distribution Manager, overseeing substantial revenue generation and managing diverse teams.
