To make the world a better place for all, it is imperative that leaders develop compassion in their heart for the ecosystem around them including fellow individuals who possibly are less privileged due to no fault of theirs. As one of the pillars of SOIL, the students practice compassion by devoting one day in a week working at various partner NGOs working for various cause and spreading goodness. ‘Roots’ is a magazine which captures the special moments the students and their NGOs have gone through during this one year. This is an attempt to reach out to the larger community and share with them the experience the students have gone through.<\/p>\n
