The book &#8220;Leaders in Making&#8221; delves into the experiences and insights of 30 such HR leaders from both the public and private sectors, providing valuable lessons, self-help tools, and career planning advice for readers. To further explore these themes, a panel discussion series on &#8220;Leaders in Making&#8221; has been scheduled to occur every Thursday, starting in January, organised by SOIL Institute of Management.<\/p>\n<p>The Stories of Inspired Leadership (SOIL) is a webinar series that showcases the leaders &#038; their journey in the field of human resources. This series aims to provide attendees with insights and lessons learned from leaders who have faced challenging situations and emerged as change makers within their organizations. These leaders shared their own experiences and insights on leadership and change-making in the HR field, and will offer practical advice and strategies for attendees to implement in their own workplaces.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout the webinar series, attendees will have the opportunity to learn from a variety of experts in the field, each of whom will offer their own unique perspectives on the challenges and opportunities of leadership in the modern business world.
