Vikram Batra (awarded the Param Vir Chakra) and considers it an honor to announce scholarships for defense services personnel and their families.<\/p>\n<h4>Eligibility:<\/h4>\n<ul class=\"one_column\">\n<li>100% scholarship to defence personnel who got injured and had to take premature release on medical grounds. Graduates below the age of 32 are eligible.<\/li>\n<li>50% scholarships for serving officers availing study leave or sabbatical.
