Defying the challenges of the VUCA world today, <strong>SOIL\u2019s PGPM batch<\/strong> recorded a <strong>35% jump in salaries over last year<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Along with this, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.soil.edu.in\/pgpm-business-leadership\/placement-stats-report\"><strong>PGPM students<\/strong><\/a> have received an average package of INR <strong>12.2 LPA<\/strong> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.soil.edu.in\/pgdm\/placement-report-statistics\"><strong>PGDM batch<\/strong><\/a> has seen an average package of INR <strong>10.5 LPA<\/strong>, another record in just months of starting the placements season.<\/p>\n<div class=\"blog-pic blog-pic1\">\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"SOIL registers a record 35% jump in salaries over last year; witnesses top brands and high salaries in campus placements\" src=\"https:\/\/www.soil.edu.in\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/images\/soil-registers-a-record-35-jump-in-salaries-over-last-year-witnesses-top-brands-and-high-salaries-in-campus-placements1.jpg\" alt=\"SOIL registers a record 35% jump in salaries over last year; witnesses top brands and high salaries in campus placements\" \/><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>The class of 2022 is receiving placement offers from Indian and global conglomerates across the <strong>IT, ITES, Business Consulting, EdTech, HR &amp; HR Consulting, Real Estate, Auto, BFSI and Banking<\/strong>, in addition to the other brands. BFSI sector has shown a huge increase in hiring numbers with HDFC, Axis bank, ICICI and ABSLI and Kotak securities hiring actively. This year also sees a significant increase in HR roles.<\/p>\n<p>SOIL Institute of Management has achieved 100% campus placement consistently since its launch, and has already seen 31% of its <strong>PGPM students<\/strong> &amp; 58% of its PGDM placed at the beginning of this year\u2019s season. Our students received varied and interesting roles such as <strong>Marketing Manager, Senior Business Development Analyst, Associate, CFO Office Services Department, HR \u2013 Recruitment, Management Trainee, Credit Assessment Officer, Manager-Alliance &amp; Partnerships, Strategic MT<\/strong> and more.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.soil.edu.in\/recruiters\/reports\/pgpm-placement-reports\"><strong>Placement Highlights 2022<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<ul class=\"one_column pb_2\">\n<li>35% jump in salaries over last year<\/li>\n<li>Current highest CTC for PGPM is 15.43 LPA &amp; for PGDM is 20 LPA<\/li>\n<li>Average CTC for PGPM is 12.2 LPA &amp; for PGDM is 10.5 LPA<\/li>\n<li>Average Top 10% of batch CTC \u2013 15.05 LPA<\/li>\n<li>Average Top 25% of batch CTC \u2013 13.17 LPA<\/li>\n<li>Highest jump in CTC post MBA \u2013 5.1 times<\/li>\n<li>Average jump in CTC post MBA \u2013 3.01 times<\/li>\n<li>Percentage of students whose salary has doubled after MBA \u2013 88%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Students with Finance specialization<\/strong> have taken up Strategic Finance, Finance &amp; Marketing, Credit Assessment roles with strategic finance and finance consulting giants like Mirai Japan Management Consulting, ICICI Bank, ANZ Bank, Axis Bank.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.soil.edu.in\/pgpm-hr\"><strong>Students with HR specialization<\/strong><\/a> will be taking up Recruitment, L&amp;D, Talent Acquisition, TABP roles with leading IT &amp; Consulting firms such as Genpact, Accenture, Firstsource, Mahindra AFS &amp; Tata Electronics.<\/p>\n<p>While <strong>students in Marketing<\/strong> recorded fantastic placements with organisations like VECV, HCL, Byju\u2019s, Genpact, Cognizant, Newgen, DRAUP, and Schneider Electric in Analytics, Market Research, Retail Sales and Consulting roles.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, students with Analytics specialization have taken up <strong>Analytics and Business Development roles<\/strong> in IT &amp; EdTech leaders like Accenture, Cognizant, Newgen and Byju\u2019s.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<strong>SOIL\u2019s Career Management Services (CMS)<\/strong> strives to facilitate students in finding recruiters that fit their skill set\u201d, <em><strong>says Mohammed Salman, Director, Career Management Services, SOIL<\/strong><\/em>. \u201cWe are in the process of witnessing an excellent season despite the effect of the pandemic.
