But does it mean that we should keep it away from technology? Quite the contrary. 2022 has begun and one thing we\u2019ve learned this year is that <strong>HR tech<\/strong> is a huge driver of success for businesses. It is indispensable. Automation and AI is just a little section of the <strong>latest tech innovations implemented in HR<\/strong> on a daily basis.<\/p>\n<div class=\"blog-pic\">\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Tech Innovations in Hr \u2013 The Key to Effective People Management\" src=\"https:\/\/www.soil.edu.in\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/tech-innovations-in-hr-the-key-to-effective-people-management.jpg\" alt=\"Tech Innovations in Hr \u2013 The Key to Effective People Management\" \/><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>From hiring the best people, managing them in the most efficient way possible (especially when working remote), to providing employees with opportunities to produce their best work, technology has changed the <strong>HR industry<\/strong>. Companies that have stayed on <strong>top of HR technology<\/strong> trends have realized substantial ROI.<\/p>\n<p>According to many <strong>HR experts<\/strong>, like William Tincup or Anna Ott, HR Tech Consultants, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.smartrecruiters.com\/blog\/anna-ott-break-everything-and-then-say-sorry\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">keeping up to date with tech is crucial:<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u201cTech innovation is what keeps HR relevant, so we need to be on the frontline.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The global pandemic has made everyone face unprecedented situations and called for innovative thinking. <strong>HR professionals<\/strong> have always been in the midst when it comes to the handling of people. A tough job even in normal times has been rendered even harder now. The situation has become challenging, especially in the IT sector, given the fact that people are working from homes. Time utilization and improving the output of the employees are the two tough jobs that are being handled single-mindedly by HR. There are already multiple all-in-one HR platforms available, including one used by Buffer, that integrate a lot of separate, core aspects of <strong>HR management<\/strong>, like payroll, benefits, time management, onboarding, and collaborative software.<\/p>\n<p>Bringing a sense of competition and fun into recruitment and other HR functions improves collaboration, connection, and motivation.<\/p>\n<h6>Gamification Techniques:<\/h6>\n<p>Many organizations have added gamification on their career pages which helps in <strong>enhancing talent acquisition<\/strong> by creating interest and engagement amongst potential candidates.<\/p>\n<p>Themed puzzles and games are also used to test whether prospective applicants will fit in with the company\u2019s culture, values and environment. Gamification tools are used to improve the learning and development of employees through knowledge sharing, networking and simulations of real life scenarios. These techniques help make employees feel connected with their team, so they are better absorbed and motivated in the workplace.<\/p>\n<h6>Conclusion<\/h6>\n<p>Although some people tend to think that automation and similar cutting-edge <strong>HR tech trends<\/strong> will remove the human element from the equation, it actually won\u2019t. If we take a closer look at these powerful capabilities, these tools offer us personalization and enable us to reach the right talent. We quickly realize they might actually be helping organizations become more human in the process by letting <strong>HR professionals<\/strong> focus on strategic areas and real human contact, and freeing them from repetitive tasks that can easily be performed by software.<\/p>\n<p>Talking specifically about India, we can say that the market is growing. IT companies are already in the technology domain and hence are easily adopting tools faster as compared to other industries.
