Inspired Leadership Conference

Launched 10 years ago, the Inspired Leadership Conference (ILC), the annual flagship event of SOIL, aims at creating a platform for leaders with a vast amount of experience to share their journeys and synergising along with future leaders.

Himalayan Retreat

The Himalayan Retreat is a learning intervention that unveils your real strength is the course on Appreciative Inquiry conducted as a week-long program in the foothills of Dharamshala (Sidhbari). Through various case studies, lectures, group activities and reflection you understand what it is that you truly want to do and how you can get there.

In the constantly evolving world of business, Design Thinking as a tool helps you find creative solutions to business problems. SOIL Premier League

SOIL Premier League a.k.a. “Rahul & Gaurav Memorial Cup” was started in the year 2012, honoring the spirit of two SOIL students who lost their lives in an unfortunate road accident. Every year, with the arrival of winters and misty mornings, SOIL Sports club organizes the most exciting and energized annual Sports event– SOIL Premier League (SPL). This event brings together SOIL students from various batches together to actively participate with zest.

Karma Rasoi

Karma – ‘deeds of an individual.’ Rasoi – ‘mixture of every flavor in a sacred place.’ When we weave both these together we bring to the table a unique social initiative called Karma Rasoi. Based on the philosophy of ‘Pay it forward’, this initiative is an annual offering of SOIL. On this day the students serve food to the guests with love and the guests get an opportunity to continue the circle of giving back by appreciating this homely gesture.

SOIL Olympics

With an extensive academic curriculum to cope up with, SOIL Olympics is one of the most expected week by students. The event, where a range of high energy activities were planned for students. The sports events happen in Billiards, Table Tennis, Badminton and Chess.

Industry Academy Week

A week-long career festival inviting multiple speakers to campus, facilitating round table discussions and industry visits. Gives a fantastic opportunity for students to pause and focus on assessing their choices before the summer internship process and provide ample opportunities to build their creative networks and get to know their preferred industry better.

Diwali Mela

During the exuberant diwali mela, our students showcase their talent in a variety of events conducted as part of the mela. Right from the Rangoli competition, performances by the dance group Happy Feet & band Maati, interschool games activities to food stalls and NGOs adorning the Diwali Mela at SOIL.

Deekshantha (Convocation)

SOIL students graduate with their convocation. This event happens in Sri Chinamayananda’s convention hall at Lodhi Garden. Top Performers of the batch are awareded during this function.
