Academy & Clubs

Each of our Academies is unique, and students are advised to select based on their career goals. You might select an Academy closely related to your major, or you might choose to add a complementary industry focus.

We offer the following Academies designed to prepare you for your career development. The following list is inclusive of both the campus academies.

Industry Connect & Resources

With our strong industry network and partners on board, we provide students various opportunities to understand the corporate world through our career intensive events, leadership series, alumni connect and networking events. These events bridge the gap between our students and future employers giving each other opportunities to identify talent.

Academy Intensive Weeks (AI Week)

A week-long career festival inviting multiple speakers to campus, facilitating round table discussions and industry visits. All the programs have 2 AI weeks included during their course duration. The AI week give a clearer picture to our students before they participate in the placement process.

Institute Leadership Series

The SOIL Leadership series seeks to provide a platform for the most senior executives from the industry to address pertinent leadership issues and share their insights with the SOIL graduates.

Industry Mentorship

The Industry Mentoring Program is a responsible partnership between you and your mentor that focuses on developing career skills and identifying career goals, gaps and future action scopes.

Industry Tours/Visits

Industry tours are provides an opportunity for students to visit how corporates work in real time and the use of technology across industries. The activities include a normal observation of the work environment, shadowing a CEO, etc.,
